Our Palm Bay Home Is Progressing
Jean and I are building a new home in Palm Bay in the Riviera Key subdivision across from Riviera Elementary School. The home is being built by Ameritrend Homes and it is taking much longer than expected. However, things are progressing in the neighborhood and we now have walls and a roof on the home.
This of course it is the fastest looking phase of the project because you go from having nothing but a flat lot with a foundation to having what looks like a house. Well, we now have what actually looks like a house. The walls must have been completed late last week and the roof put on over the weekend.
