Palm Bay Florida Home For Sale - Major Work Done
We stopped by our Palm Bay Florida home for sale this past Friday (3-31-06) an saw that we finally had a serious bit of work completed. The last picture showed that we had a roof and the major part of the structure built, but now we have tar paper on the roof and framing inside the house.
This next week work should start progressing into more interior things like drywall, a/c and electrical.
The home is located on lot #10 in the gated community of Riviera Key at 836 Tavernier Cir NE, Palm Bay, FL. It is within walking distance of the Albertson’s foodstore and is in the neighborhood behind the Jameson Inn on Palm Bay Road. So that means it’s close and convenient to everything.
If you are looking to move to Florida or already live in Florida this might be the home for you. It should be completed in June.
