The home we are building in Riviera Key off of Palm Bay Road is near completion. It took some time to get to this point. In fact, I never thought we would get to this stage in construction, but here we are.
As you can see from the picture, the roofing, stucco and painting have all been completed. You can’t see inside from the picture, but the kitchen cabinets have been installed as well as the bathroom cabinet and fixtures.
All that needs to be completed at this point is all the kitchen and bathroom countertops need to be installed along with the flooring. On the outside of the house we need the driveway poured, the irrigation system installed and the yard landscaped and we are done.
I imagine within a month or so the home will be ready for occupancy.
The house is located in the gated community of Riviera Key in Palm Bay Florida right across the street from Riviera Elementary. It is within walking distance of the Albertson’s grocery store and within 2 minutes of I-95. You couldn’t ask for a better location.
