Palm Bay Starbucks
Coffee drinkers of the world, especially those in Palm Bay Florida, are rejoicing at the fact that we are getting our own Starbucks. Can I hear an Amen!
This is a significant milestone in the development of the city that was not much more than a pile of sticks and miles and miles of undeveloped roads thanks to the now defunct GDC. Palm Bay now has culture. Palm Bay now has a name. Palm Bay can now officially claim that they are a real city.
No longer will the residents of Palm Bay have to say, "You know, it’s near Melbourne" when asked, "Palm Bay, where’s that?" We can now say we live in Palm Bay because we will have a Starbucks and people will just know and say "Yea, I heard about you guys, you have a Starbuck, don’t you?".
Of course, now us Palm Bay residents will have to learn how to pronounce $2 words like latte, and Frappuccino, and Espresso Macchiato. Wow, get out the dictionary.
The new Starbucks will be located on Palm Bay Road right in front of the Albertson’s beside the Jameson Inn. It’s a great location especially for those engineering types traveling to Harris Corp from the backroads deep in the wilderness of Palm Bay.
Harris Corporation should be thankful to Starbucks. Their employees will now be jacked up and ready to code!
I can’t wait till it opens. A little tip here: Starbucks is known to give away free drinks during their grand openings, so don’t miss it. It’s going to be a few months though since the land is just being cleared.
