New Palm Bay Home Is Finished
Yes, we can hardly believe it, but the house in Palm Bay Florida that we’ve been blogging about for the last 8 month or so is finally finished as you can see from the picture to the left.
We took occupancy of the home in Palm Bay FL last Tuesday October 3rd and everything looks great. The eat-in kitchen features nice cherry 42 inch cabinets, beautiful Corian countertops, a microwave oven, flat top range and, something you don’t see in many new homes, a refrigerator.
If you are looking for a nice, brand new home in the Melbourne Florida, Brevard County, Palm Bay area you can find out much more about the home on our Palm Bay Florida web site.

Looks great… that’s the one shade of yellow I actually don’t hate. Even the grass looks very high-quality… did you pay extra for that? It sure doesn’t look like standard bahia to me…
Too bad you are going to sell it. Looks like a great family home or even perfect for you and your wife. Well, even though the real estate market is kind of in a funk right now, I don’t think you’ll be holding on to this very long. I can’t imagine having a custom house built and then selling it… it has to be like creating your own vision and then walking away… or having a child and putting it up for adoption.
But, you can’t own two homes, so good luck selling this one. All the best…
