Living at The Savannahs At James Landing apartments was kind of like living at a park. In fact The Savannahs is so nicely landscaped they have been the Melbourne Beautification Winner for 3 years. The rental complex covers 25 acres and has a 7 acre lake with 2 fountains and 2 smaller lakes on the property.
When I lived at The Savannahs apartments it was only a short walk to the pool and the volleyball courts. I think we lived at the clubhouse, pool and volleyball courts for an entire summer. Other amenities we enjoyed were a business center, fitness center, 2 lighted tennis courts, hot tub and the great location.
James Landing apartment rentals are centrally located in Melbourne Florida just across the street from Wickham Park near many schools such as Creel Elementary, Johnson Middle School and Eau Gallie High School. Plus you are right close to a grocery store, gym and restaurants. And you are also just about 5 minutes from Brevard Community College (BCC).
The Savannahs offers one and two bedroom apartments with either one or two baths. We had a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment that I shared with a roommate and his black lab dog named Angel. We called her Mooser. Rental rates are from $759 per month to $929 per month and they have several flexible lease plans including 7, 9, 12 and 13 month leases.
