Yes, I know an apartment rental in Orlando FL may not interest many people in Palm Bay Florida, but I found this really cool place to live in Downtown Orlando and had to let you know about it. Once in a while people from our church move over to Orlando because of a job transfer or other reason so there is somewhat of a connection to Palm Bay.
Anyway, Uptown Place is a 5 story apartment complex in the heart of the Ivanhoe Antique District and it’s about as nice an urban living place as you will find. It features 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with really nice amenities such as island kitchens with hanging pot racks, an incredible fitness and exercise center, a beautifully landscaped swimming pool area, a clubhouse with a pool table, a business center, dual sided fireplaces, alarm systems, optional housekeeping services and lots more for the urban dweller. You can also walk to local restaurants and entertainment and the bus stop.
Sure, it’s a bit more pricey that an apartment in Palm Bay, but that’s what you get when you rent in Orlando. Rental Rates for Uptown Place range from $920 per month for a one bedroom unit to $2,065 per month for a 3 bedroom apartment.
