Plus you are just minutes away from major employers such as Harris Corporation, Rockwell Collins, Intersil Corporation and others.
The Vinings At Palm Bay offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment rentals that range in size from 595 sq ft to 1,356 square feet for a 3 bedroom rental. Prices per month are very affordable and range from $640 to $875. Not bad considering all the amenities and the great location. The have flexible lease plans ranging from 7 to 12 months and they are also okay with your pets. You can have 2 pets per apartment home and have a 40 lb limit.

yep. nice looking place, great sized apartments. can’t argue with that ad — but right now – less than 2 months after the ad was published — I was told to be grateful that they aren’t raising my rent from 1047 (for what the ad says is a $875 apartment) — and this apartment has been leased for four years.
So, don’t expect any thing more than a nice looking place. Loyalty is rewarded by…the chance to pay more than new tenants will.
But it does have nice apartments, and if your neighbors are nice, and you don’t mind getting shafted at lease renewal, it is a great place You can tell I’m conflicted about the Vinings. For 875 you are getting a great deal. Just remember to find another place in plenty of time before your lease is up.
