So, don't expect any thing more than a nice looking place. Loyalty is rewarded by...the chance to pay more than new tenants will. But it does have nice apartments, and if your neighbors are nice, and you don't mind getting shafted at lease renewal, it is a great place You can tell I'm conflicted about the Vinings. For 875 you are getting a great deal.
