I just wanted to comment that over the weekend i went to sunbreeze to look around because i was thinking about renting an apartment their so i wanted to see the area. I went to check out the pool and the pool was disgusting. Their were leaves in the pool, paper and cigarette butts. There was no sign that the pool was closed. It was obsoulutley terrible. I just want to say that , not only did they lose a customer but i will make sure that no one rents from them.....The pool was so nasty, i took picutes cause i will show anyone that may want to rent there. I have a friend that lives in there and says that the pool is like that alot , i think that is gross, and i think that if you are charging rent like that , the pool should be cleaned especially it being the summer and if its not working you should at least have a sign there. Thank you for your time.....a disgusted customer

yep. nice looking place, great sized apartments. can't argue with that ad -- but right now - less than 2 months after the ad was published -- I was told to be grateful that they aren't raising my rent from 1047 (for what the ad says is a $875 apartment) -- and this apartment has been leased for four years.

So, don't expect any thing more than a nice looking place. Loyalty is rewarded by...the chance to pay more than new tenants will.

But it does have nice apartments, and if your neighbors are nice, and you don't mind getting shafted at lease renewal, it is a great place You can tell I'm conflicted about the Vinings. For 875 you are getting a great deal. Just remember to find another place in plenty of time before your lease is up.

[...] If you live in Brevard, as many of my readers do, and are looking for great places to find free internet wireless access, a good place to start is this page in Brevard Directory. Some Palm Bay residents have pointed out that even the new Starbucks in Palm Bay is not offering wireless access yet. That sure is a mystery to me. Even the Wendy’s at Palm Bay Road and Babcock has free wireless access, although the service there is a little weak since the access point is buried in the manager’s office.
This has been going on for many years when they introduced mandatory recycling. If you throw away your plastic and glass items, you must still pay for and receive recycling services. Paying one fee, in the form of dollars, is one penalty. My time is yet another penalty. But I can at least control that - and to the regular trash it goes. Who has the time to sort and wash a bunch of containers? I'd love to be able to cancel rural mail delivery since I already pay for a PO box - but the federal government insists on sending an agent to my home six days a week to put papers in my mail box that I eventually remove and deliver to -- Waste Management. Couldn't the postman just go straight to the dump off Sarno with my mail? It sure would save me time.

Looks great... that's the one shade of yellow I actually don't hate. Even the grass looks very high-quality... did you pay extra for that? It sure doesn't look like standard bahia to me...

Too bad you are going to sell it. Looks like a great family home or even perfect for you and your wife. Well, even though the real estate market is kind of in a funk right now, I don't think you'll be holding on to this very long. I can't imagine having a custom house built and then selling it... it has to be like creating your own vision and then walking away... or having a child and putting it up for adoption.

But, you can't own two homes, so good luck selling this one. All the best...

I think this info might be out of date a bit. According to the city itself (at http://www.palmbayflorida.org/) the population is at 99,345 as of March 28, 2006. It is expected to break 100k in a few more months. Otherwise, keep up the good work.
