As if it couldn’t get any lower, we have again lowered the price on the home we have up for sale in Palm Bay FL. It is now priced at $179,899 and any contract is subject to approval from the bank due to it being a short sale. If you are looking for a home to retire in or for a new home for a family just starting out, this may just be the one that’s right for you. Because of the recent real estate market downturn we have been forced to sell this home at a price that is way below what we paid for it. By the way, that price was $241,000 back in August of 2005.

The home is located in the South Brevard area about 10 miles from the beach in Palm Bay right off of Palm Bay Rd. It also includes major appliances such a a refrigerator, flat top stove and space saver microwave. It has a nice back porch overlooking the canal and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is also located right across the street from Riviera Elementary School so if you have grade school age children, they can walk to school.

You are also close to Wal Mart which is right across the street as well as being within walking distance of Starbucks, Denny’s, Golden Corral, Mister Donut and our favorite Chinese take out, Great Wall.
